Comment Scheduling — Reply When the Thread Is Actually Read

Queue approved replies for the moment a community is most active, instead of posting whenever you happened to be at your desk.

The same reply, posted eight hours apart, can get radically different visibility. Communities have rhythms, and a thoughtful answer posted into a dead hour is largely wasted effort. Scheduling lets you review and approve when it suits you, and surface the reply when the people you want to reach are actually reading.

Post at the right time. Schedule approved comments to go live when your audience is most active.

What It Does

Instead of posting comments immediately after approval, you can schedule them for a specific date and time. The system automatically posts them when the scheduled time arrives.

How to Schedule a Comment

  1. Go to the Review page
  2. Find a comment you want to schedule
  3. Instead of clicking "Approve" directly, use the Schedule option
  4. Pick a date and time (timezone-aware)
  5. At that time the comment is released back to your approved list, ready to copy and post

Note: IntentFlare does not post on your behalf. Scheduling controls when a comment surfaces for you to post, not when it goes live. Auto-posting is disabled until per-account authentication is available.

Why Schedule?

Tips

Frequently asked questions

Does scheduling post on my behalf?

No. Scheduling controls when an approved comment is surfaced for you to post, not when it goes live. Nothing is published without you.

When is the best time to reply?

It depends on the community, which is why it is worth measuring rather than assuming. As a starting point, replying early in a thread's life generally beats replying late, because ranking compounds.
