Thread Search and Filters — Cut a Large Feed Down to What Matters

Filter discovered conversations by score, platform, lead type and keyword to isolate exactly the threads worth your attention.

Monitoring working well produces a volume problem: more relevant threads than anyone can read. Filters turn that feed into a short, ordered list — a score floor to set your quality bar, lead type to separate someone comparing alternatives from someone merely curious, and platform and keyword to narrow further.

Find exactly what you need. Search across all threads, filter by score, status, and platform.

Tips

Frequently asked questions

Which filter matters most?

The minimum score. Setting it to 70 removes the great majority of a feed and leaves the conversations where someone is actively looking. Everything else is refinement on top of that.

What are lead types for?

They separate kinds of intent that deserve different replies. Someone asking for a recommendation, someone actively switching from a competitor, and someone describing a problem all need different answers, even at the same score.
