Why do I have no threads?

Almost always because the project has no monitors. Scoring evaluates threads that monitors discover, so with none defined there is nothing to score. Add a subreddit or a search query and the next pipeline run will populate the feed.

How long does setup take?

A few minutes. Auto-fill can extract your product name, description and keywords from your website, and subreddit suggestions are generated from those keywords.

Set up a project, add monitors, and get your first scored conversations. The one step people skip, and why nothing works without it.

The 3 Steps

When you first log in, you'll see a guided wizard:

Step 1: Create a Project

Click Create Your First Project
Enter your product name, website URL, and description
Pro tip: Use Auto-fill from URL — paste your website URL and the AI extracts everything for you (name, description, keywords, tone)

Step 2: Add Monitors

Add subreddits, Twitter queries, or other platform monitors
Use Find Subreddits to discover relevant communities based on your keywords
Start with 2-3 monitors per platform

Step 3: Review AI Replies

Click Run Pipeline to discover and score threads
Go to the Review page to see AI-generated comments
Approve, edit, or skip each comment

After Setup

Once you have at least one project with monitors, the wizard disappears and you see the full dashboard with:

Stats grid (projects, threads, high-intent count, pending, approved, posted)
Top scoring threads
Pipeline control

Tips for First-Time Users

Start small — One project, 3-5 subreddits
Use Auto-fill — It saves 5 minutes of manual setup
Run the pipeline right after adding monitors to see results immediately
Review carefully — The AI is good, but your judgment makes it great
Check back daily — The pipeline runs every 15 minutes, so there's always something new
